Licensure Supervision

Supervision for LMSW's seeking LCSW credentialing must be conducted by a Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor.

LMSW's must acquire 96 face-to-face Supervision hours from a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor [BACS]
3,840 hours of postgraduate social work experience under supervision of a board-approved clinical supervisor

Rates and Insurance

Fees, Payment, and Insurance Options

Initial Session: $150.00 60-90 minutes, includes Intake Documents and Psychosocial Assessment

Individual Psychotherapy: $125.00 45-55 minutes

Family Therapy: $140.00 60 minutes

LMSW to LCSW Licensure Supervision: Fee to be discussed

Private pay and insurance are accepted.
All fees, including co-pays, are paid at the beginning of each session. Fees can be paid with cash, credit card, and debit card.
A 24-hour notice of cancellation must be given to avoid a missed appointment fee of $50. Failure to keep scheduled appointments will result in termination of services.

Sliding Fee Scale: This option is available for client's who insurance I don't accept or clients unable to afford the full fee. The amount paid is based upon income.
